- your device and browser (for example, iPhone Safari or Windows Chrome)
- what you did and what you saw; a screenshot helps
About a ranking entry: include the game, score, name and approximate time, so we can find it.
About privacy (seeing, correcting or deleting your data): we answer within 10 days, as in our Privacy Policy.
Other messages are answered in the order they arrive.
We never ask for your password, and we don’t need your real name. To delete your account, you can do it yourself on the Account page.
