Blocks
Place pieces in an 8×8 box. Fill a row or column and it clears.
How to play
Drag one of the three pieces in the tray into the box. Or tap a piece, then tap the spot twice. Keys: 1–3 picks a piece, arrows move it, Space places it. P pauses. A new tray comes when all three are placed.
Rules and score
A placed piece scores one point per cell. A full row or column clears and adds the cleared cells times the number of lines cleared at once. The light lasts about 45 seconds at first and fades faster with each tray. Clearing lines refills it: two lines at once give three times as much as one, three lines six times. If none of the pieces left fit anywhere, or the light goes out, the game ends.
Tips
- Always keep room for a big piece, like the 3×3 square or the five-long bar.
- Fill from one corner so empty cells don't scatter.
- Build up two or three lines and clear them together — far more points and light.
- Decide the order of the three pieces first. The big one often has to go in first.
FAQ
- What if no piece in a new tray fits?
- Then the first piece becomes a single cell, so a new tray never ends the game at once.
- Can I rotate pieces?
- No. Place them as they come.
